Product Description
Cordless impact drivers are one of the most popular power tools on the market today with small form-factor, excellent battery life and amazing power. Their main drawback is the quick-change receiver accepts only hex-shank accessories - unless you've got this conversion chuck. The quick-change hex shank locks securely into the driver's receiver and works like a regular drill, so you can use round-shaft drill, carving, grinding and polishing bits. And - unlike some conversion chucks - the chuck body is locked to the shaft so you'll able turn bits both right- and left-handed without causing jaws to loosen. As an added bonus, the unique adapter includes lets you attach the chuck to impact wrenches, ratchet handles or breaker bars with 1/2" square anvil. And used by itself, the adapter holds any 1/4" hex-shank bit; made of Chrome-Vanadium steel alloy for superior strength. Lastly, the quick-change shank can be removed from the chuck and the chuck attached directly to most 3/8" power cordless drill spindles with left-hand threaded screw.
